1. Who we are
Pulukamu XC Print Services is a custom printing and apparel business based in Christchurch, New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
2. What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address when you contact us about a job.
- Order details, what you'd like printed, quantities, sizes and delivery or collection arrangements.
- Artwork, logos and files you send us for printing.
- Names and numbers supplied for personalised garments, where the order calls for them.
- Billing details needed to invoice and receipt the job.
3. How we collect it
Directly from you, by phone, email, text, social media message, or in person at the shop. This website has no contact form; the buttons on it open your phone dialler or an email message, so nothing is collected by the site itself.
4. Why we use it
- To quote your job and answer your questions.
- To produce, pack and deliver your order.
- To invoice you and keep proper business records.
- To keep artwork on file so repeat orders match earlier runs.
- To get in touch about an order that's in progress.
5. Who we share it with
We only share what's needed to get your job done, for example, a garment supplier fulfilling a stock order, or a courier delivering to you. We don't sell or trade your information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Cookies and website analytics
This website doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts, images and the map embed are loaded from third-party services (Google Fonts, Unsplash and Google Maps), and those providers may log standard technical information such as your IP address when their content loads. Their own privacy policies apply to that.
7. Storage and security
Information is kept in our business systems and email, with access limited to people working on your job. We take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required for tax and business purposes. Artwork files are kept so repeat orders can be matched, unless you ask us to delete them.
9. Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete artwork and contact details we no longer need. Call 021 114 6351 or email us and we'll sort it.
10. Photos of finished work
We may photograph completed jobs to show what we do. If you'd rather your job wasn't shown publicly, just tell us and we won't use it.
11. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, get in touch with us first so we can put it right. You can also raise a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
